Shop Policies

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-4 days. Processing times depend on the item ordered and the quantity. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Delivery times are usually 3-5 business days from shipping. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and distance from my shop in southern NJ. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns or exchanges. Contact me via email (DirtyPrettyThingsShop@gmail.com) within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Please contact me if you have any problems at all with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM(S) ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If in the unfortunate event your item(s) arrives damaged or broken: Upon receiving photographic proof, for domestic orders you can either be fully refunded or I will ship another identical item to you at no additional cost. For international orders I will issue a full refund.
